Rupert has built and grown businesses both in Australia and internationally, with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a practical understanding of what clients need on the ground. He leads strategy, planning and business development across Rapid Camps.

Adam has more than 10 years’ experience delivering construction and remote workforce infrastructure projects across Western Australia. A former business owner and trades professional, he brings practical leadership and a solutions focused approach. He oversees site operations, subcontractors and safe project delivery through to handover.
Graeme Harwood - HSEQ Manager at Rapid Camps

Graeme Harwood

HSEQ Manager
Graeme brings more than 30 years’ experience across mining and construction, supported by a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Indigenous Studies. He combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to safety and workforce development. He oversees safety systems, compliance and training across Rapid Camps.
Estimating and Contracts Manager - Rhys Stone

Rhys Stone

Estimating and Contracts Manager
With a background in Quantity Surveying, Rhys has worked across civil, infrastructure and rail projects, including major developments in the UK. He brings strong commercial judgement and attention to detail. He manages estimating, tendering and contract administration to support successful project delivery.

Adam has more than 10 years of experience delivering construction and remote workforce infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
